GLUTEN-FREE BANANA BREAD

I have been working on the best recipe long time. And after some experiments I made this one. I have been trying to make it as easy as it could be but still delicious. The little secret of mine is to use the most ripe bananas that you can find since they will add the natural sweet flavor so you do not have to put any sugar in addition to it. Also, this time I did not use a flour! I made my own oat flour by blending old fashioned oats. That’s what makes this bread more healthy, gluten free and less in calories.

 

Ingredients:

4 big ripe bananas or 4-5 smaller ripe bananas

2.5 cup of old fashioned oats

1 ½ teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

5 tablespoons of melted coconut oil

Directions:

  1. For making oat flour blend oats or you can also just buy an oat flour in a store.
  2. In the bowl, put flour, add baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
  3. Bananas blend together with coconut oil and water.
  4. Mix it everything together.
  5. You can put some raisins or nuts inside.
  6. Spread some coconut oil on the baking pan, place the dough and bake it around 40 minutes in 300 F.
