APPLE PIE IN 15 MINUTES
If you are trying to lose weight or eat clean, it does not mean that you have to avoid desserts. I believe that you can be on the diet and still eat delicious food. That is why I like to make my own desserts out of healthy substitute. For this apple pie, you will need just 4 ingredients. I did not put any sugar in it. I put raisins to the dough, this made the cake sweet enough. Also, apples contain natural sugar, fructose, what is actually good for us. But this is not all, the rest ingredients are sunflower seeds and coconut flakes, which are great source of healthy fats. No baking, gluten and sugar free and it is ready in 15 minutes – what can sound better than this?
Ingredients:
3 cups of sunflower seeds
3 cups of raisins
3 apples
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup of coconut flakes
Directions:
- Blend the sunflower seeds then add raisins and blend it together.
- Spread coconut oil on the baking pan.
- Make a dough and flat it out in the pan.
- Peel and blend the apples, then (optional) add cinnamon.
- Spread it out on the dough. Spread coconut flakes on the top.
This kind of desserts are guilt-free. The cake tastes amazing and it is great for your health.
