COCONUT OATMEAL

What are you having for breakfast usually? Oatmeal? That’s great. It is a good thing to have some oats every day, and you know why? Because, they contain a good source of fiber, fat and are high in protein. If you will eat oats often, they will keep you feeling full for a long time and you will keep your weight in control. However, don’t let your oatmeal be boring. I have extremely delicious version of it with coconut flavor. Just add some coconut milk, coconut flakes and agave syrup to your cooked oats and blueberries on top. This breakfast is honestly an obsession of mine that is why I am so excited share the recipe with you.

Ingredients:

½ cup of oats

½ cup of coconut milk

3 tablespoons of coconut flakes

1 tablespoon of agave syrup

blueberries

Directions:

  1. Cook ½ cup of oats in ¾ cup of water, stirring occasionally for 3-5 more minutes.
  2. Add coconut milk, coconut flakes and agave syrup. Mix it together.
  3. Top with coconut flakes and blueberries.
