Do you like to eat snacks? I want to show you that it’s really easy to make homemade snacks.
For instance, vegetables chips! And the potatoes are not the only one choice here. You can use any vegetables, slice and sprinkle them with some olive oil. In the end just add your favorite spices and bake it. I made beet, potato and zucchini chips. The beet ones taste really good…hmm…maybe I will be making them more often.

 

Ingredients:

3 big potatoes

2 beets

2 zucchini

olive oil

salt

black pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven till 400 F.
  2. Pill and slice the vegetables.
  3. Spread with olive oil and spices.
  4. Put them on the baking sheets
  5. Bake it for 20 minutes flip them on another side and bake another 20 minutes.
