HEALTHY TRUFFLES
Ingredients:
¾ cup of oat flour
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
3 tablespoons of honey (more or less opt to you)
2 teaspoons of cocoa
some cranberries
Directions:
- In the bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Make a dough.
- Put some cocoa in to another bowl.
- Form into even balls and roll tightly between your palms, cover each ball in coco on all sides. 4. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
