SPRING SALAD

Spring is a great season to change your eating habits and start eating lighter food. There are many seasonal vegetables and fruits on the market which tempt us with their colors and flavors.

Whenever possible, use local organically-grown fruits and vegetables to prepare delicious meals as this SPRING SALAD. This salad contain healthy carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Ingredients:

1/2 package of baby spinach

1 package of cocktail tomatoes

2 red radishes

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 tuna cane

3 hard boiled eggs

1 handful sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cook eggs.
  2. Wash and cut the vegetables.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients in the bowl and spread some olive oil on it.
