TOMATO SOUP WITH FETA CHEESE

In general, most vegetables while cooking lose their nutrients. However, tomatoes acquire more antioxidants. As a result, they become better for us after cooking. To take the best of it, make some tomato soup! Mine has a creamy consistency with sweet flavor of tomatoes and salty Feta Cheese. Tomatoes are great for your overall health and good looking skin.
Ingredients:
1 big cane of tomatoes
1 onion
2 pieces of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
some black pepper
oregano
feta cheese
Directions:
- In the pot, cook the tomatoes.
- In the meantime, cut onion into pieces. On the pan, spread some olive oil and fry the onion and garlic.
- Add to the tomatoes and cook it.
- Add some more water and spices.
- Cook around 20 minutes and blend it.
- Serve with feta cheese.
