MUSHROOM SOUP

There is no need to have many ingredients to make a simple and healthy lunch. The main ingredients to make MUSHROOM SOUP are mushrooms and potatoes. To make it more creamy, add some sour cream or coconut milk.

 

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of butter

1 onion

3 potatoes

1 package of mushrooms

salt and black pepper, oregano

100 ml of sour cream or heavy coconut milk

 

Directions:

  1. Pill and cut an onion into little pieces. Melt the butter in the pan and add onion.  Fry it, stirring from time to time, around 5-7 minutes.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Add potatoes and mushrooms into the pan with onion. Fry it around 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, add salt and black pepper.
  5. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the heat and add the desirable amount of sour cream.
  7. Enjoy!
