Banana Smoothie
Very simple idea for a snack packed with protein. This smoothie is delicious and still you can modify by adding any other fruits as strawberries or blueberries.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 180 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup of Greek low-fat yoghurt
- 1 tea spoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions:
- Peel bananas, place all the ingredients into a blender and mix it together until smooth.

Drink it right away, or you can store in the fridge up to 24 hours.
