Banana Oat Pancakes 

Try these easy and quick Banana Oat Pancakes—no blender needed!  

Ingredients: 

  • 2 ripe bananas 
  • 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda  
  • A pinch of cinnamon  
  • ¼ cup of old-fashioned oats  
  • 1 teaspoon of honey  
  • ¼ cup of whole wheat flour  
  • Coconut oil for frying  

Directions: 

1. Use a fork to mash the bananas.  

2. Add the cinnamon, baking soda, oats, honey, and flour.  

3. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.  

4. Warm the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. 

5. Pour the batter into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. 

6. Serve them with fresh berries.
