HEALTHY TRUFFLES

Ingredients:
¾ cup of oat flour
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
3 tablespoons of honey (more or less opt to you)
2 teaspoons of cocoa
some cranberries 

Directions:

  1. In the bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Make a dough.
  2. Put some cocoa in to another bowl.
  3. Form into even balls and roll tightly between your palms, cover each ball in coco on all sides. 4. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
