GREEN SMOOTHIE!

My alternative – green smoothie!

Ingredients:
½ mango

1 kiwi

1 banana

lemon juice from ½ lemon

1 cup of coconut water

1 teaspoon of spirulina

I just started to add spirulina to my green juices and I fell in love with it. I really feel more energized. In addition, spirulina has a good influence on your hair, nails and skin. 

Spirulina comes from one of the earliest living organisms to grow on earth. Spirulina came from Africa, Asia, Central and South America. It is an algae, it is packed with protein (around 55-77% – this is more than per gram than chicken, soy, fish and even beef!), vitamins and other essential nutrients. It also contains high levels of anti-oxidants. As it is packed full of protein and vitamins, it is an ideal supplement to take to help muscle recovery after a workout.
