Ingredients: 

  • Arugula  
  • Cucumber  
  • Peach  
  •  Pumpkin seeds  
  • Almonds

Directions: 

1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly before use.  

2. To assemble the salad, layer the arugula on a plate.  

3. Peel and slice the cucumber and the peach.  

4. Add the sliced cucumber, sliced peach, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and cranberries on top of the salad.
