BANANA BROWNIE
Baking time! Is there anyone who doesn’t like cakes? This brownie is not a regular one, it tastes very smooth and delicious after adding bananas and coconut.
Ingredients:
1 cup of whole wheat flour
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of cocoa 70%
1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
50 ml of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
1 dark chocolate 75%
some coconut flakes
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Put all of the ingredients to the bowl except dark chocolate and coconut flakes. Blend it together. Put the coconut oil on the baking mold and fill it with the dough. Bake it for 40 minutes. Let it cool down. Melt the chocolate and spread it on the cake.
Spread some coconut flakes on the top of the cake.
