CHIA PUDDING WITH COCONUT MILK

I’m in love with superfoods, for instance, chia seeds have many amazing health benefits. By adding them to your food you can lose weight, boost your energy level or even become happier. This why chia seeds pudding is a great option for a breakfast. I added chia seeds to coconut milk, stirred it with a tablespoon of honey and put in the fridge for a night. On the next day, you can enjoy the delicious and powerful breakfast.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of coconut milk (unsweetened)
2 tablespoons of chia seeds (whole, not ground)
1 teaspoon of honey
fruits for instance raspberries

In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with coconut milk and add honey. Mix well. Set in the refrigerator overnight. Next day, give a quick stir and add raspberries. Enjoy.
