CHOCOLATE RICE WITH POMEGRANATE

Ingredients:
1 cup of water
½ cup of rice
1 cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of cocoa
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 pieces of dark chocolate 90%
coconut flakes
3 dates
pomegranate
some nuts for instance cashew
Cook a rice in water. When it gets absorbed all the water pour the milk into it. Keep cooking it and stirring time to time. Add cocoa, cinnamon and chocolate. Cook on the low steam for 2 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients and enjoy it.
