OATMEAL WITH BAKED APPLES AND GRANOLA

Ingredients:
1 apple
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
½ cup of almond or coconut milk
3 tablespoons of oats
some honey (optional)

Pill and slice the apple. Next, put a tablespoon of water in the pan, pieces of apples and cinnamon. Stir it all from time to time for about 7 minutes. In other pan warm the milk up, add oats and stir it all the time for 5-7 minutes. Put it together and combine with some granola and honey if you prefer.

This kind of breakfast will make you feel warm and cozy. Also, keep you full for the long time.
