COCOA – COCONUT BALLS
Are your friends coming over and would you like to surprise them with something delicious but healthy? I have the thing you might be needed. COCONUT BALLS are made out of millet, although this time in a cocoa version.
These cute little balls are sugar free, they are sweet naturally since I used dates instead of sugar. When you need a sweetener, Medjool dates are a better and healthier option for you. They are a source of good carbohydrates, Vitamin B6 and minerals Potassium, Copper, Manganese and Magnesium. I always try to fuel my body with natural foods that the body can assimilate nutrients from.
COCOA-COCONUT BALLS made by me do not contain gluten, because they are made out of millet. Millet has many great health benefits. What I like the most about millet is that you can really see the effects of eating this grain on your body. Eating millet makes skin, hair and nails look beautiful and it keeps your skin young, what for us women is important. Moreover, millet detox your body, boost your energy levels and improves concentration. They taste like candies so it is also a great way to make your children eat this healthy grain. My friends love COCOA – COCONUT BALLS.
