COCOA MOUSSE WITH GOJI BERRIES
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Start the day with something delicious. Goji berries is “fountain of youth” that makes your skin glowing. Eating goji berries improves athletic performance and makes your sleep more restful. Also, it can help to lose the weight. The little fruits are recommended for people living in a high stress.
Ingredients:
1 cup of millet
1 banana
1 teaspoon of cocoa
1 teaspoon of honey
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
some coconut flakes
some goji berries
Cook the millet. To cook 1 cup of dry millet, bring it to a boil with 2 cups of water. Turn it down to a simmer and cook until the liquid is absorbed (about 15 to 20 minutes). Let it cool down. In the food processor, combine ½ cup of millet with banana, 1 teaspoon of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Blend it and add some coconut flakes and berries on the top.
