BANANA BREAD WITH RASINS
This recipe is for banana lovers but also for people who work out often. Bananas are the good snack after or before the work out. They have: many Vitamins as B, A, C, E, K, potassium, magnesium, calcium and copper. When I do not have time, I eat them just as a snack but when I can cook I love to make some experiments with them as this delicious banana bread.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup of whole-wheat flour
3 ripe bananas
5 tablespoons of honey
1/3 cup of water
1/3 cups of olive oil
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of raisins.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mash the bananas by using a blender. In one bowl, place all of the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine them together. Add raisins. Put some olive oil into a loaf pan and fill it with the mixture. Bake it for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy your banana bread.
