GLUTEN-FREE GINGERBREAD COOKIES

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup of honey
2 cups of whole grain gluten-free flour
1 cup of almond flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of spices (grounded ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg)

Directions:

  1. Melted coconut oil and mixed it with eggs and honey.
  2. In another bowl, put all dry ingredients together and added wet ingredients, combined together by hand.
  3. Ready dough put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  4. Next, rolled it out and cut the shapes.
  5. Baked 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 350 F.
