GLUTEN-FREE GINGERBREAD COOKIES
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup of honey
2 cups of whole grain gluten-free flour
1 cup of almond flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of spices (grounded ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg)
Directions:
- Melted coconut oil and mixed it with eggs and honey.
- In another bowl, put all dry ingredients together and added wet ingredients, combined together by hand.
- Ready dough put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
- Next, rolled it out and cut the shapes.
- Baked 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 350 F.
