QUINOA BARS WITH CRANBERRIES AND DARK CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:
1 cup of white quinoa
1/3 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
dark chocolate 70-90 %
2 handfuls of cranberries
2 tablespoons of tahini
Direction:
Soak the quinoa in the water around one hour. Take the water out. Place the quinoa in the bowl. Add honey, coconut oil. crashed pieces of chocolate and cranberries. Mix it by spoon.
