HEALTHY WHITE BEAN MUFFINS

These White Bean Muffins are healthy, sugar and gluten free, and oh yeah, actually delicious! Full of white beans, banana, coconut flakes, honey and cocoa.  SO easy! And I promise you can’t taste the beans. Actually, using beans instead of flour turned out to be a really healthy idea. And tasty. White beans have weight loss benefits and are perfect if you try to lose some weight. 

Ingredients:
1 cups of cooked white beans
3 eggs
1 banana
3 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons honey
0,5 teaspoon baking soda 

Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend all the ingredients together. Grease 12 slots non-stick muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill the muffin tins with the dough. Bake them 25 minutes.

These white bean muffins are so so so so so so soooooo yummy.
