HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY JAM
My grandma makes the best homemade blueberry jelly ever. Wish you had tried it. However, I decided to change her recipe and make a healthier version. I added chia seeds and honey instead of regular sugar. Superfoods as chia seeds can help you feel and look good. For instance, your hair and nails will be stronger and your skin will look amazing even without the makeup.
The recipe is super easy!
Ingredients:
1 cup of blueberries
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of honey
juice from ½ lemon
Wash the blueberries. Put a spoon of water on the bottom of the pan, next blueberries, chia seeds, honey and squeeze half lemon into it. Cook for 25 minutes stirring from time to time. When the jam has reached the consistency you desire, carefully pour hot jam into a clean and sterile mason jar.
