PLUM CAKE
Social media has been getting crazy about plum cakes. And that’s because the end of the summer and plums go together perfectly.I love this crumble version more than regular one. Follow the recipe:
Ingredients:
5 plums
1 cup of oats
½ cup of whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of honey
Directions:
- Wash and cut plums into pieces.
- Place them on ta baking pan or baking dish.
- In the bowl, mix the oats, flour, coconut oil and honey.
- Spread the crumble on the plums.
- Bake it for 30 minutes in 350 F.
