STRAWBERRY JAM

That is why I made my healthy strawberry jam. Blended dates instead of sugar and chia seeds are making the jelly even more healthy and rich in fiber and protein.
Ingredients:
1 package of Strawberries
7 Dates
1 teaspoon of Chia seeds (15g)
Directions:
- Soak the dates for 10 minutes and blend it.
- Wash the strawberries and cook in the pan until they will turn into mousse.
- Stirring time to time around 15 minutes.
- Add chia seeds to the strawberries and 4 tablespoons of blended dates.
- You can put more or less. I did 4 tablespoons and it was delicious not too sweet but perfect. I made 2 jars out of it.
