HOMEMADE ALMOND MILK
Lately almond milk became very popular. Almonds have many great health benefits and that’s why almond milk can be a great substitute for cow’s milk. All you need is just almonds and water to make your own milk and you can be sure that there is no extra ingredients in it.
I’m sure you will love this one more than the store-bought milk as this homemade milk has a sweet and subtle taste of almonds.
Ingredients:
250 g almonds
water
Directions
- Soak the almond in the water and leave it overnight.
- Next day, take the skin out and blend it until it will turn to a powder.
- Mix with one cup of water and warm it up.
- Use gauze and squeeze the milk out.
