Do you have people over and no dessert? This no-bake paleo brownie can save you! It is made with 4 ingredients as coconut flour, coconut oil, cocoa and DATES. Instead of using sugar I added healthy substitutes and here we are! Making sweet desserts may be even more tasty and healthy by adding dates. Dates are rich in healthy sugar, fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

2 cups of almond or coconut flour

1 cup of pitted dates

2 tablespoons of cocoa

2 cups of coconut oil – melted

 

  1. Soak the dates in the water during 10-15 minutes.
  2. Next blend with the water.
  3. Add flour, cocoa powder and melted coconut oil.
  4. Make a dough.
  5. Place the dough into baking pan and flat.
