APPLE AND CINNAMON MUFFINS
Something sweet but healthy! Delicious APPLE and CINNAMON MUFFINS. They are moist and soft inside and the taste reminds me of an apple pie. However, they are made out of only healthy ingredients and sugar free! Excellent for breakfast, snack or even dessert. This is a great idea for any occasion.
Dough for 6 muffins
Ingredients:
1 big apple
1 egg
100 ml of almond milk
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of oat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pill and shred the apple.
- In one bowl put egg, milk and melted coconut oil.
- Mix it together. In another ball mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Pour to the muffin pan.
- Spread more cinnamon on top of the muffins.
- Bake it for 20-25 minutes in 395 F. Check from time to time.
