OATMEAL-BANANA VALENTINE’S COOKIES

Ingredients:  2 ripe bananas  ½ cup of honey 2 cups of oat flour 2 cups of oats  1 cup of coconut flakes ⅓ cup of flax seeds Directions: 1. Blend ripe bananas with honey and coconut flakes. 2. Add oat flour, oats and flax seeds.

It is easy and healthy to make your own bread at home. But this is not the main reason why I like it. I like the fact that you can make a decision what to put in. I love playing with ingredients and adding stuff I like. This time, I made my bread by using just nuts and seeds. No flour, no gluten! Just natural and healthy ingredients that are rich in fiber, proteins and healthy fats. This bread will keep you full for a long time and can last even for a week.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of honey

1 cup of water

 

handful of walnuts

handful of pecans

1 ½ cup of sunflower seeds

½ cup of oats

½ cup of hemp seeds

4 tablespoons of chia seeds powder

½ cup of flax seeds

1 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the pan.
  2. Add water and honey.
  3. Ground walnuts and pecans. Add to it.
  4. Add the rest of ingredients from the list.
  5. Spread some coconut oil on the baking pan and put the dough.
  6. Leave overnight.
  7. Next day, bake in 354 F for 20 minutes, take it out flip over and bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
¾ cup of oat flour
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
3 tablespoons of honey (more or less opt to you)
2 teaspoons of cocoa
some cranberries 

Directions:

  1. In the bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Make a dough.
  2. Put some cocoa in to another bowl.
  3. Form into even balls and roll tightly between your palms, cover each ball in coco on all sides. 4. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

I don’t know anybody who doesn’t like chocolate. Even my healthy soul dreams about chocolate sometimes. Then I can hear 2 voices in my head: one goes like: Karolina don’t eat it, you will put on weight! When another one goes: maybe just one little a piece, just one? But I don’t listen any of them, because I found another way. HEALTHY HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE!
Yum…the main ingredient is coconut oil! People who eat coconut are the healthiest people in the world! The benefits of using coconut oil are amazing! It is good for your heart and brain. It can decrease your appetite and burn the fat, so it even helps to lose weight! Okay now I can eat my homemade chocolate and let my belly get smaller. So, if you love chocolate, as many people do, then be sure that you eat really healthy chocolate for a high vibrational and nourishing treat.

Ingredients:

200g coconut oil

2 tablespoons of coconut milk the heavy part from cane

3 tablespoons of cocoa

3 tablespoon honey you can put more or less

Nuts or dry fruits

 

Directions:

  1. Warm the coconut oil up in the pan
  2. Add the rest mix it.
  3. Pour to the plastic form and add nuts or raisins whatever you want.
  4. Leave in the freezer for 1 hour.

 Keep in the fridge.
