POWERFUL OAT COOKIES WITH CRANBERRIES

Your children love cookies, don’t they? Actually, we all love sweet snacks! Should we stop eating them? Definitely no! There is really easy way to avoid sugar by using dates or honey. Yummm! Oat cookies made with cranberries are extremely healthy and powerful. It’s a good homemade snack for school or work! I believe that our eating habits are being formed during our childhood and this why from the very beginning we should take care of our children’s eating habits, providing them with products of the best quality. This cookie makes me feel like it’s going to be a wonderful day!

Ingredients:

1 cup of oats

1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil 

2 tablespoon of agave syrup

1 package of raspberries

1 handful of cranberries

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place all of the ingredients in the blender. Blend it together. Roll the dough into balls. Grease the mold baking pan with coconut oil in the spray. Place the balls and flat them. Spread some cranberries and oats on the cookies. Bake it for 20 minutes in 350 F.

During the autumn season, it is important to take care of your immune system with some positive effects of Vitamins which you can find in this easy Apple Crumble recipe.

Apples are known to contain nutrients that can reduce the production of the cortisol in your body. Cortisol is a stress hormone and it has negative impact on your body, causing bad mood and depression. Eating apples will keep you away from that. I like to eat raw apples the most, but also making the Crumble Apples can be really delicious and healthy option. Eat apples as often as you can. This crumble can be a great breakfast or after dinner treat. Instead sugar, I used some honey to increase sweet flavor of apples.

Ingredients:

4 apples

2 tablespoons of honey

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

juice from ½ lemon

2 cups of oats

1 cup of whole-wheat flour

1/2 cup of melted butter or coconut oil

3 tablespoons of honey

 

Preheat the oven at 350 F. Spray baking dish with coconut oil spray. Wash, peel and slice the apples. Place the apples in a large bowl and mix it with honey, cinnamon and lemon juice. Spread out in baking dish. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, melted butter or coconut oil and honey. Use your hand and mix it together until crumbly. Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of apples. Bake it for 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 big carrot
½ cup of oats
½ cup of whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1 egg
2 tablespoons honey

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash and grade the carrot. Put oats, flour, baking powder and cinnamon to the bowl. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, egg, honey and carrot. Put it together. Form the balls and flat them on ungreased baking sheet. Bake it for 12 minutes.
