BREAD WITH SEEDS

I like to experiment with a bread.  Every time when I make it I try to make a different one. This time I made the BREAD WITH SEEDS by using a whole wheat flour and adding chia, flax and pumpkin seeds. You can use your favorite seeds and make really delicious bread out of it. To make it more crunchy, you can spread some olive oil on top of it.

 

Ingredients:

3 cups of whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of yeast

1 teaspoon of honey

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of flax seeds

handful of pumpkin seeds

350 ml warm water

 

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients to the bowl, add water and make the dough by hand.
  2. Put some olive oil on the baking pan.
  3. Place the dough in the baking pan and spread some seeds on the top.
  4. I also spread some olive oil what will give more crunchy.
  5. Leave for 1.5 hour to grow.
  6. Bake in 350 F for 40 min.

PUMPKIN SOUP

Even though that the spring is coming slowly and outside still is cold, in my kitchen it is always sunny. PUMPKIN SOUP with COCONUT MILK is a great option for a healthy lunch. I like to add coconut milk to all of my creamy soups. It gives an excellent creamy taste and goes perfectly with vegetables. 

Ingredients:

300 grams of pumpkin

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

1 big onion

3 pieces of garlic

1 small piece of ginger

1 teaspoon of salt

100 ml heavy coconut milk

 

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and bake it for 1 hour in the oven, preheated to 350 F.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onion, heat the coconut oil in the pan and fry the onion.
  3. Place the pumpkin and onion in a pot. At the end, add graded garlic, ginger, salt and coconut milk.
  4. Blend it together.
  5. Serve with pumpkin seeds.

SALAD WITH MANGO is one of my favorites. In this salad, you will find not only fresh vegetables and fruits but also healthy fats as I added avocado, sunflower seeds and olive oil as a dressing. Let your body take the best from nature!

Ingredients:
1 package of baby spinach

1 cucumber

1 package of cocktail tomatoes

1 red pepper

1 mango

1 avocado

handful cranberries

handful sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons of olive oil

 

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut all of the vegetables.
  2. Place them into bowl.
  3. Add cranberries and sunflower seeds.
  4. Spread some olive oil on it.
