How to make Strawberry Jam? You must try this Easy Strawberry Jam Recipe with no pectin! Strawberry jam is one of the most popular. Strawberries are not just delicious but also rich in vitamins and minerals. However, the sugar and other additives in the jelly are taking away this what is the best for us. That is why I made my healthy strawberry jam. Blended dates instead of sugar and chia seeds are making the jelly even more healthy and rich in fiber and protein.

 

Ingredients:

1 package of Strawberries

7 Dates

1 teaspoon of Chia seeds (15g)

Directions:

  1. Soak the dates for 10 minutes and blend it.
  2. Wash the strawberries and cook in the pan until they will turn into mousse.
  3. Stirring time to time around 15 minutes.
  4. Add chia seeds to the strawberries and 4 tablespoons of blended dates.
  5. You can put more or less. I did 4 tablespoons and it was delicious not too sweet but perfect. I made 2 jars out of it.

Ingredients:  2 ripe bananas  ½ cup of honey 2 cups of oat flour 2 cups of oats  1 cup of coconut flakes ⅓ cup of flax seeds Directions: 1. Blend ripe bananas with honey and coconut flakes. 2. Add oat flour, oats and flax seeds.

It is easy and healthy to make your own bread at home. But this is not the main reason why I like it. I like the fact that you can make a decision what to put in. I love playing with ingredients and adding stuff I like. This time, I made my bread by using just nuts and seeds. No flour, no gluten! Just natural and healthy ingredients that are rich in fiber, proteins and healthy fats. This bread will keep you full for a long time and can last even for a week.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of honey

1 cup of water

 

handful of walnuts

handful of pecans

1 ½ cup of sunflower seeds

½ cup of oats

½ cup of hemp seeds

4 tablespoons of chia seeds powder

½ cup of flax seeds

1 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the pan.
  2. Add water and honey.
  3. Ground walnuts and pecans. Add to it.
  4. Add the rest of ingredients from the list.
  5. Spread some coconut oil on the baking pan and put the dough.
  6. Leave overnight.
  7. Next day, bake in 354 F for 20 minutes, take it out flip over and bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
¾ cup of oat flour
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
3 tablespoons of honey (more or less opt to you)
2 teaspoons of cocoa
some cranberries 

Directions:

  1. In the bowl, mix all of the ingredients. Make a dough.
  2. Put some cocoa in to another bowl.
  3. Form into even balls and roll tightly between your palms, cover each ball in coco on all sides. 4. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
